Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the ex baji platform (accessible at ex-baji.com and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ex baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease your use of the ex baji platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting customer support at [email protected].

ex baji reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ex baji following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. All communications between ex baji and players — including support interactions, bonus notifications, account alerts, and legal correspondence — are conducted in English.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ex baji platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you use the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ex baji does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ex baji or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed by ex baji for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or responsible gaming grounds.
• You are not a member of staff, contractor, consultant, agent, or close family member of any employee of ex baji or its technology and payment service providers.

ex baji is committed to protecting minors. If you are aware of any person under the age of 18 using the platform, please report this immediately to [email protected]. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of ex baji services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The ex baji Login page provides access to your existing account; new players complete the registration process on the sign-up screen.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

1. One Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active ex baji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ex baji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your ex baji account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to suspend the account and investigate the matter.
4. KYC Verification: ex baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to complete full KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time where ex baji reasonably deems it necessary to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.
5. Account Inactivity: An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. ex baji reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive account balances, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on ex baji — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and prize settlements — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform for players in Bangladesh:

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the ex baji platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account reviewed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• ex baji reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds before processing any withdrawal above a defined threshold. This is a standard KYC/AML measure.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically. Current limits will always be displayed at the time of transaction.
• ex baji does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside ex baji's control.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review by the ex baji payments team. The platform aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary based on the payment method, account verification status, and prevailing transaction volumes.
• ex baji will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banking institutions, where such delays are outside the reasonable control of ex baji.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotional Terms

ex baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players in Bangladesh, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with key events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered on the platform unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and identity verification. Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts, false information, or in breach of these Terms will be voided along with any winnings derived from them.
2. Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x). Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in the individual bonus terms.
3. Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been used or wagered within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
4. Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: When an active bonus is attached to your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being confiscated. The applicable maximum bet limit is stated in the individual bonus terms.
5. Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from bonus play or may have restricted contribution rates toward wagering requirements. These restrictions are specified in the applicable bonus terms and are enforced at the platform level.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
7. Abuse Prevention: ex baji employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play risk, coordinated multi-account activity, and arbitrage wagering. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be subject to permanent closure.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the ex baji platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ex baji platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, odds, and market type — before confirming.
• ex baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error, contained an obvious pricing mistake, or was affected by a technical fault that materially altered the odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance in BDT.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software supplied by internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. RNG integrity is subject to independent audit by the respective providers. ex baji does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live sports betting odds are updated in real time. ex baji will not be held responsible for network latency, connectivity interruptions, or device performance issues that prevent a player from placing or viewing a bet at a specific moment in time. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) is the reference time for all in-play event timings on the platform.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on the ex baji platform servers, the server-side record will be treated as definitive.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the confirmed odds at the time the bet was accepted. Any subsequent change in odds does not affect a previously placed and accepted bet.
• ex baji reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, maximum winnings, or specific betting markets at its sole discretion, including on a per-account basis where betting patterns are identified that suggest arbitrage, syndicated betting, or other forms of strategic exploitation.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming Obligations

ex baji is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for all players in Bangladesh. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time from the Account Settings section following the ex baji Login:

ex baji requires all players to use the platform responsibly. As a player, you agree to:

• Gamble only with funds you can afford to lose, and treat gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.
• Not gamble when you are under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any substance that may impair your judgement.
• Make use of the responsible gaming tools provided and seek support promptly if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• Not allow any other person to use your account, particularly minors or individuals who have self-excluded from gambling platforms.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

ex baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, creating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• The player has been identified as a minor, or has failed to complete satisfactory age and identity verification within the required timeframe.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that ex baji reasonably suspects may constitute a criminal offence.
• The player has made a chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit transaction without first attempting to resolve the matter with ex baji customer support.
• Continued operation of the account poses a responsible gaming risk — for example, where a player has indicated an intent to self-exclude or has displayed patterns of problem gambling behaviour.
• The account has remained inactive for 12 or more consecutive months without any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of outstanding KYC/AML checks and provided that no funds are subject to active investigation. Bonus balances and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ex baji account may do so at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcomes; winnings from settled bets will be added to the closing balance for return to the player.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ex baji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
